Individual programs are $79 per month. With that you get a functional motion assessment screen-5-7 simple motions allows us to determine your musculoskeletal condition. Once you complete the screen, a Trainer will call you to go over your results. Your mobile app Login-Password will be emailed to you and your new program will be ready within 48 hours.
